2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us as a consumer. They don't affect your legal rights.

3. Orders

We'll email you to confirm we've received your order. The contract between us starts when we email again to confirm it has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock or has a pricing error, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

4. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials like rattan, linen and ceramic vary a little from piece to piece. This is normal and isn't a fault.

5. Electrical safety

• Plug-in lights come with a UK 3-pin plug.
• Hardwired and ceiling lights must be installed by a qualified electrician, following the instructions supplied.
• Always use a bulb at or below the maximum wattage shown.

We aren't responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery is free to UK addresses. You pay in full when you order.

7. Returns

Our Refund Policy explains your 30-day returns and what happens if an item is faulty.

8. Our liability

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints and law

If you have a complaint, email hello@lumenbough.co.uk and we'll try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
