Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched from UK stock. They usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days of your order. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands may take a little longer.

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or your tracking hasn't updated, email hello@lumenbough.co.uk and we'll look into it.
